• Assisting with applications for State or Federal business incentives
• Identifying potential funding sources

All of this is in keeping with Union's 2010 Comprehensive Master Plan that anticipates and calls for continued commercial, industrial, and residential growth as well as annexation of new areas into the community for additional development.

Special incentives beyond this open arms, partnership approach will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Board of Aldermen. Determining factors will be the size and benefit of the proposed development.
