Business Opportunities > Union Corporate Center

In the mid-90’s, the City of Union assisted the Union Development Corporation in purchasing 242 acres of prime farmland just south of U.S. Highway 50 on the eastern side of the community to develop as a major new industrial park close to Interstate 44.

Union Corporate Center is considered one of the “premier” industrial parks in the St. Louis Metropolitan area by top officials at St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association and AmerenMissouri.

In 2011, a 30 Acre Site within the Union Corporate Center was designated a Certified Site by the Missouri Department of Economic Development.  It was only the 8th certified site in the State of Missouri and the 1st certified site in the St. Louis Region.

Progress Parkway links Union Corporate Center with U.S. Highway 50.  All public utilities are currently within the park.

  • Rexam Containers Warehouse - thermo-formed food containers
  • Stylemaster Apparel Inc. - Headwear, apparel & advertising specialties
  • Superior Composites & Coatings - Manufacture gaskets & shoe/boot material
  • Town & Country Metals - Mfg and sales of metal building components
  • Turn Key Tool & Die
  • Union Machinery – Sales and service of forklifts
  • Weber Construction – Contractor

Listing itself as “an affordable new business park in the heart of growing Franklin County,” the park offers approximately 160 acres of developable land with accommodating topography within 3.5 miles of Interstate 44. A lease/purchase option and other incentives are possible through the Union Development Corporation.
